Book a Birthday Party

Birthday parties can be stressful, but not at We Play.  We have done all of the hard work, you just need to show up and enjoy your kiddo’s special day.  No need to stress about final guest counts or what to bring, we’ve got you covered! So don’t hesitate! Book online or one of our Guest Service Representatives will help you book in-person on one of our iPads.  Make your kids birthday party one they’ll never forget.  Party packages and prices located at the bottom of the page.

We cannot accommodate walk-in birthday parties, so please leave the cake, presents, and decorations at home if you do not have a birthday party reservation.

Accommodation Sunday’s

Accommodation Sunday is the first Sunday of each month from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Persons with a disability (not restricted to any age) can play for $8 each.  Siblings are encouraged to play but have to pay as well. We turn down the music to avoid sensory overload.

Admission Sponsorship

Get valuable exposure for your business and support our community by sponsoring a specific number of entries or buy out an entire day! We’ve already had several local businesses see value in sponsoring admission for families. We promote and thank your business through Facebook, Instagram, and emails. All sponsorships include one video as an added bonus. Handout business literature or special offers to We Play customers the day of your sponsorship. Call the store and ask to speak to Cassi for more info. All sponsorship packages are customized to fit your business marketing needs.

Whether you’re looking for a the perfect spot to hold a birthday party, family outing, field trip, or gathering of almost any kind, We Play has you covered.  We can customize any experience to fit your needs.  Of course we are best known for our birthdays due to our fun factor, the only downside is your child and their friends may take weeks to stop talking about the birthday party they attended. Sorry…

Play Hard

  • Entry for 10 children/15 adults, 15 children/20 adults, or 20 children/ 25 adults.
  • Party favor for each guest: 1 extra large swirled lollipop.
  • Dedicated table, area, and cubbie for shoes and other items.
  • 2 hours in the party space. With 1hr & 50min of any combination of play, food, dessert, and presents; and the remaining 10 minutes for transition and farewells.
  • 1 Pair of We Play grip socks for each child.
  • 2 slices of pizza and chip bag for each child.
  • Your choice of 2 slices of pizza or Jimmy John’s sub platter(s). Includes small bag of chips for each child.
  • Custom Themed Cake from Desserts by Sara.
  • Bring in your own cake, cupcakes or other dessert. All other outside food is prohibited.
  • Bottle of water for each child.
  • Tableware (tablecloth, plates, napkins, silverware).
  • Invitation link to your invites.
  • Dedicated party host
  • While the kids are playing you are welcome to add your own decorations to the table and area (please see staff for decorating rules).
